Recently the world’s 2nd largest commuter-regional airline contacted LanAir, pointing out yet another OEM part that was clearly overpriced. There was no PMA alternative for the part, a complex seal that no manufacturer wanted to touch.

LanAir accepted the airline’s challenge to engineer the PMA part early in the year. The part was finished and FAA approved by spring. By autumn LanAir had saved the airline over $45 thousand dollars.
